Skinny Veggie Dip - Summer Recipe

It’s that time of year again—Summer—where everyone is dreaming of escaping the sizzling heat. Whether it be poolside, lakeside, or seaside!

But while you're relaxing on the water somewhere why not enjoy a delicious dip that won't make you feel bashful when rocking that bikini! I found this "skinny" poolside dip on BunsinmyOven.com While not only being super easy to make, it also combines all your favorite veggies. And even though this recipe has the word "skinny," it has cream cheese! I mean, who doesn't like cream cheese?

Try out this new recipe while having a lazy summer day by the water somewhere and let me know what you think!

Prep Time: 5 minutes     Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

1 red bell pepper, finely diced

1 jalapeño, seeded, finely diced (double up or leave in the seeds for a little more spice!)

1 small can black olives, finely diced

15 ounces can corn, drained

1 packet ranch seasoning

Directions:

Dump everything into a bowl and start stirring it all together. As the vegetables start to release a little of their water, the mixture will come together much easier. Continues stirring until well combined.

Serve immediately or store in the fridge, covered, for up to 24 hours. The longer the dip sets, the more water the vegetables will release. Serve with crackers or chips.

Thank you to Buns In My Oven for this delicious summer dip recipe!
